If you\'re thinking about buying Kayla Itsines workouts, here is what to expect from her workouts: You get the 12 week bikini body guide with 12 weeks worth of exercise routines. Each workout lasts for around 30 minutes so you will need to plan your day to spare time to do the workouts. The pictures show you how to perform each workout in proper form. After doing some research I\'ve found that a LOT of people do not finish the 12 weeks. Most people either get interrupted from life events, get sick or get bored with the workouts.
