'Today is Day 95 of the 100 Days Fitness Challenge and I have performed 95 pushups & 95 squats in the video. About the 100 Days Fitness Challenge You start with 1 pushup & 1 squat on the first day and increase 1 repetition for both pushups & squats by each passing day. I started the challenge on 26th September where I performed 1 pushup & 1 squat. 27th September was 2 pushups & 2 squats. 28th September was 3 pushups & 3 squats . . .
