I am so sorry that I have not posted in so long! The past few weeks I have done Week 2 and 3, I filmed only a couple and didn\'t feel it was enough to post! So I have been asked a few questions! • Is Bikini Body Guide worth the money? Yes! I truly TRULY TRULY believe this! I am not saying this for the sake of advertising! I am a real 22 year old girl who purchased Kayla\'s guide and decided to give it a try! I attempted and failed multiple times before I began! This guide has changed my lifestyle entirely. The moves may seem very simple, but it\'s not about just the exercises; Kayla sets up this guide to challenge you physically and mentally! She is such an inspiration and I definitely recommend this guide! • How Long Have I been Doing the Guides? 23 Weeks now! AND NO! I do not have a 6 pack! This guide has helped me transform my body so far into the shape I want, but this time around I am focusing on toning! I want to build more muscle! My first round was more of weight loss, now is for the toning! :) And remember it is 70% diet, 30% exercise!!! Abs are made in the kitchen! • Where do I Workout? AT HOME! I do NOT have a gym membership! I actually use to work Front Desk at my local gym, and owned the guide back then. Since I worked all the time there, I never voluntarily wanted to go in and workout! Since I left, i have discovered my passion for working out! And I do this all from home! This guide is perfect if you have only a tight, limited space! Circuit: This is how your workout should (time fluctuates based on person) look: Warm Up Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes 90 Second Break Circuit 1 • 7 Minutes 30 Second Break Circuit 2 • 7 Minutes Cool Down • Stretch I hope this helps some of you out! Just don\'t stop working out for the 7 minutes! And then rest in between circuits! WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FINISH THE REPS! AND THERE IS STILL TIME LEFT?! Restart the circuit you were just doing!
