'In this 40 minute killer HIIT workout, Stu & Jeff take you through a hardcore sequence that is guaranteed to make you sweat, burn calories, blast fast and build muscular endurance.   For this workout all you will need is 1 set of light dumbbells or anything that is weighted. Even soup cans or water bottles could work.   The workout has 4 moves per round.
