'I did 100 BURPEES for 30 days. Here’s what happened.'

'Fitness challenge complete! I did 100 CrossFit-style BURPEES every day for 30 DAYS in a row. I learned a lot along the way and experienced improvements in body composition, posture, physical ability, lung capacity, and more. I think I even got smarter, but that\'s still up for debate!
