'In this video, we will explore a basic hypopressive exercise similar to Uddiyana Kryia in Yoga. I wasn\'t 100% happy with my explanation in the video as I failed to state clearly that you have to hold your breath out when you exhale. I figure done is better than perfect so I\'m publishing it anyway and will create another where I include this type of breathing technique as part of a pelvic floor exercise sequence.
