20 MIN Booty & Abs Fitness Routine - At Home Workout // No Equipment Needed + Calorie Burning // Sami Clarke  Hi Everyone!   So it's been a tough start to 2020 and we all have to focus on ways to keep our bodies and minds strong! I hope you girls (and guys) are all eating well, sleeping enough to keep your immune system at it's strongest, & I'm hoping you guys are working out or finding ways to stay active!  So for those of us that are stuck at home here is a NO Equipment 20 minute booty and ab focused workout that I filmed in my backyard for you.
