30 MINUTE UPPER BODY DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT - Shape your shoulders & sculpt your arms and strengthen your back and chest with this 30 minute upper body dumbbell circuit.  If you're looking for an upper body cardio workout for women or an upper body strength workout at home then this follow along upper body dumbbell workout is for you.  In this women's upper body workout, you'll get all the benefits of strength training to tone your arms and HIIT training to blast fat and increase your fitness.  All you need for this full upper body dumbbell HIIT workout is  1 set of light dumbbells. I used 3kg + 1 set of Moderately Heavy Dumbbells. I used 5kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.  There are 6 supersets that make up this workout. Complete 3 Rounds of each  of the supersets of movements. 30 Secs Work/10 Secs Rest.  Have 30 seconds rest between supersets.
