'This challenge is an excellent way to get a quick workout in. I like to use this to begin or end my training sessions because it doesn’t take too long, but it gets your heart rate up fast. Make sure to keep track of your time so that you can come back to this workout and track your progress. Make sure to break everything up into groups. So, 100 tap-taps, 100 toe touches, and 20 push-ups. Complete this circuit five total times as fast as possible.
