Hey Guysss, welcome back to our channel !!  Today’s video is a 20 Minutes Glutes Workout using a Resistance Band, with no exercise repetitions. This workout consists of 20 different exercises that are completed at 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest intervals.   So come join us and get those peaches activated and burning!!! LETS GO!
