'Goin\' back to my roots!! A long way away from my heavy ropes, sandbags and kettlebells. Must admit, it was very fun to go \"back in time\"!!! Had a blast doing this for the Lululemon girls. But will be glad to get back to my metabolic way \"of the future\"!!! :) Enjoy the laugh!!!'
