'http://www.fitnesschoice.com.au This is a tutorial for the Infiniti E56i Red Zone Cross Trainer Console. To start a workout immediately on this unit simply press the start button, here it will show time and distance, then if you press the shift button you can view pulse and calories. Press it again and it will display your speed in both rpm and kilometres per hour and again and you\'ll see your current resistance level and watts. To change the resistance during a workout use the up and down arrow keys. To pause a workout press the stop button. Pressing it a second time will end your workout and following a message it will display your workout results. Press stop a third time to return to the main menu. At the top there are a series of workout modes to choose from, the first is manual, then hill, fat burn, cardio and interval are all pre-set workout programmes. Press enter to select one. You will then be asked to input your age using the arrow keys, then press enter, then input your weight, then select a parameter to base your workout on, this can be either time, distance travelled or calories burnt. If we select time, now enter the time limit for the workout, now you can alter the overall resistance level for the programme to make it easier or harder, then press start to begin. If we return to the menu again the next type of mode is target watts. Watts are a measurement of the amount of energy your body is outputting. Choose a target watts level, then enter your age, weight and choose a target parameter, then press start. On the display the flashing dots will indicate whether you are above or below the target watts level as you work out, also pressing the shift button located to the left of the display will show a circuit track diagram where you can view your progress around a track. The next mode option is saved 1 and saved 2, these are two fully customisable workout programmes. First input your age, then weight, then a target parameter, you can now use the arrows to set a resistance level for each of the segments on the display. When you reach the end you can press enter to save your programme. Then press start to begin. Your next option is heart rate control. First enter your age, then weight, then target parameter, then you can choose to workout at 60%, 70% or 80% of your maximum heart rate for your age, or you can have a target heart rate of your own choosing, then press start to begin. During any heart rate control programme you\'ll need to wear a wireless chest strap so that the unit can accurately monitor your pulse. The second heart rate control mode works the same way except it only includes a target heart rate setting which you can choose yourself. That is how to use the Infiniti E56i Red Zone Cross Trainer.'
