DO THIS 10 MINUTE HOME AB WORKOUT EVERY WEEK TO GET A 6-PACK!!  This core workout attacks your core from every angle, and really starts by hitting most peoples weakest part of the weakest area (lower - abdomen) when you have the most strength and energy.  We hit the lower abs for 6 exercises, then hit a break. Then we attack the entire core through stability- plank and mountain climber variations. Take a quick break. We then move into movements that challenge the lower/upper/rotational core. Once we break, we finish with our final segment which is all rotational movements, with some lower abdomen.   You get just enough breaks to make it through this workout. However, if you're advanced, take less breaks and try to push through. If you're more of a beginner, take more breaks, or lengthen the breaks.  Make sure you're focusing on QUALITY over quantity. No point in doing half-ass reps that put your lower back (or rest of body) in jeopardy. Focus on quality core contractions, proper breathing (inhale when you lengthen the movement, exhale when you shorten the movement), and mind-muscle connection.
