In this fitness video, we have PF Trainer Caroll in the 30 Minute Circuit area. The 30 Minute Circuit is a great way to get a full-body workout in just...30 minutes. You can start anywhere, but be sure to move through the machines in order. If you’re working out at home, Caroll will be providing modifications when needed. This workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level. Feel free to keep up, or take it at your own pace.   In this warm up, you’ll jog in place and do jumping jacks, arm circles, and air squats. Once you’re ready to get going, you’ll head into the main workout where you’ll be doing simple exercises like burpees, ice skaters, and a whole lot more. Once you’re through the workout, you #DidIt!
