'Your off-season cricket training and fitness program is likely to be impacted by the weather and the reduced number of hours of daylight. So to be as productive as possible through the Winter, it\'s important to have a range of exercises available that you can do indoors at home.  This exercise looks deceptively easy but really does help you improve your balance. Make sure to repeat it for both legs, and move the ball around the entire circle using both hands, in turn, to really test your balance and strengthen your upper leg and core muscles.
