'It\'s day 1 of Lockdown 2.0 but we\'re full of #positiveenergie and here to keep you motivated with fun challenges that everyone in Milton Keynes can have a go out. Today, we want you to set yourself a goal for the next 28 days. What will it be? Will you achieve your first 5KM run, master the art of knitting, read two books??? Whatever it is, set your sights on achieving it now and then start your journey towards it today. Share with us what your goals are……. or write them on the back of your downloadable and printable lockdown advent calendar. For those of you who want to get fit during this lockdown, we have our first mini fitness assessment. Demonstration in the video! Why don’t you try the three exercises for 1 minute each and count your repetitions. This will give us a baseline to measure our improvement from today to day 28.
