If you\'re a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you\'re more advanced bump up that weight. You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 10 minute pump and burn from home or the gym This is just the start of no repeat dumbbell workouts. We will be planning on doing more advanced ones that will include , 15 , 20 and 30 minute workouts. Trust me those ones will be tough But this is to just get your started.
