'Today\'s workout was a 500 meter timed row. Elite time is 1 minute 20 seconds, so of course I want to get 1 minute 20 seconds. Only problem is, I\'m not an Olympic athlete. But I am a 3 year Orangetheory member so let\'s see how far that gets me.
