'Time to work on some pulling today! We start with one of the gyms personal favourite exercises, the Turkish Get-Up to get those shoulders (and the body at large) ready for some upper body fun!  After the warm-up its supinated pulling today, is it rows, is it chin-ups? You choose! Adding Z-press into the mix means we get to work the shoulders from all angles! Huzzah!  The conditioning piece is simple - sprints and pressing! AMRAPs featuring Push-ups and push-press to make sure the arms get everything they came for today!  Be sure to watch the whole video as we have options whether you have gym equipment available or if you have limited options at home!
