'Push-Up Challenge - Corey Hall - Self Assessment done right! This video I did the Corey Hall Fitness Push Up challenge. It has been 10 months since I did a proper chest workout. It made my chest burn!! This gave me some time so self assess and to realize I have a long way to go. Also, to stretch some time, lets do some slav squats!
