This is a day by day review of the program so you can see the progression and any changes.   This new program from Beachbody has featured Fitness Competitor Autumn Calabrese. The system comes complete with a workout program. Each workout is 30 minutes long and ranges from Plyometrics down to Pilates. Additionally, this system is designed to teach you how to eat, what to eat, when to eat, and more importantly how much to eat.  You use the color plastic ware containers to measure your food from the different food categories that match. Christine helps you understand how to find your caloric range, how to plan your meal plan using the containers, and how to best make it easiest for success.
