'Lunge and Squat with Hammer Curl. Go for a forward lunge with your right leg. Simultaneously do a hammer curl. Come back, feet together, pushing back from the heel, getting your hands down by your side. Now, go for a squat diagonally behind you, simultaneously doing a hammer curl again. Go back to the starting position and repeat for 30 seconds. Switch legs and do the same move for 30 seconds again. This exercise works on the biceps, quadriceps, the glutes and the hamstrings. It also needs a lot of focus as we are alternating between a lunge and a squat constantly..
