I\'ve packed all my favourite strength, cardio and ab moves into this full body workout no repeat workout so you can get fitter, stronger and build a strong foundation from the inside out. You\'ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this 45 minute HIIT workout at home. I used a set of 3kg + 5kg + 8kg dumbbells, but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness level. There are 4 Circuits + 1 Mini Ab Circuit that make up this workout. Complete each circuit of movements, working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Have 1 minute rest between circuits. Ready to sweat?
