'How to GET BACK ON TRACK with your FITNESS JOURNEY | 100 Days of Sweat | Weeks 11, 12 & 13'

'Struggling to get back on track when you find yourself slipping away from your fitness goals or other personal goals you\'ve set is something that everyone deals with at some point.  During week 13 of my 100 Days of Sweat fitness challenge, it started to become a little bit difficult to fit in my daily workout whilst travelling. And once I\'d missed 1 day, and then another, it started to affect my mood.  So I took a step back, acknowledged what had happened, why, and how I felt about it, and put a plan in place to get back on track with my fitness journey.  So here I am, picking back up at Day 90 to complete my 100 Days of Sweat Challenge!   How do you get back on track? Share your tips in the comments below.
