'Day 99 of 100 of the 100 Day Fitness challenge. 100 consecutive calendar days of exercise for a minimum of a half hour. I chose to do Morning Meltdown 100 by Jericho McMatthews from BeachBody! We\'ve been going back and forth between weights and no weights - I really prefer weights. Today I sweat so much I had to mop the floor after the workout.
