'PCT 2020 Prep - My 100 Days Personal Fitness Challenge'

'*SPOILER ALERT* A before shot in my underwear!  Obviously my first priority is my health and kicking Graves’ Disease in the butt!  I’m 158cms (5.18ft) tall and currently weigh 86.5kgs (190.69lbs). Unable to use my thru hike as an opportunity to drop some kilos, I have decided to challenge myself with a 100 days fitness challenge!  Starting 6 April 2019 and finishing 14 July 2019.  I will exercise everyday for 100 days! Walking, running, hiking, gym and cycling.  I will also choose healthy eating and will for sure give up the coke for this challenge. We cook most of our foods at home, and now that I am back at work, I can discipline myself with eating at work and not going off the rails. Just the weekends let me down when I reach for a packet of chips and drink coke.  And I had to buy new shirts for work and had to buy size 18, so time to do something!!  I will post a pic daily of me exercising and do a weekly video and if you are able to offer support that would be appreciated.  Thanks for watching.
