'In this 15 Minute Break Time Workout you can work all of the major muscle groups in the minimum amount of time to maximise effect.  It will burn calories and increase your physical stamina.  The workout is split into 3 x 5 minute rounds with a number of different dynamic exercises each lasting 1 minute.  The Workout: 1. 2 Pump Walkout Push Ups 2. Scap Push Up to Crunch to Leg Raise 3. 5 x Rear Hand Push Ups to 6 X Lunges 4. 4 x Shoulder Taps to 4 Count Mountain Climbers 5. 30 secs of Laying Supermen to 30 secs of Upright Plank Rows.
