'This step workout burns many calories in a short amount of time. These steps exercises will focus on your entire body and is a combination of cardio training with some bodyweight strength elements for your lower body. This makes it a very effective stepper workout routine.  The workout consists of one set of 10 step exercises that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 10-minute workout.
