'Planet Fitness believes fitness should feel good! Join them for a home workout featuring feel-good, low impact exercises and stretches. No equipment is needed and you can choose to follow along with the trainer or go at your own pace.   This workout is full-body and targets multiple muscle groups including glutes, quads, shoulders and abs. The trainer will take you through a short warm up and then you will complete two circuits made up of exercises like step jacks, lunge pulses, calf raises and leg raises.
