'100 day fitness challenge: day 2'

'This is my first vlog about my road to fitness.  Say something constructive, if not necessarily nice, I\'ll post every Tuesday to keep me accountable to my goals of weighing 170 lbs having 15% body fat, and being able to complete the Toronto Island Triathlon in under 2.5 hours.  These goals are subject to change by August 15th depending on my location at the time, or if I think I can do them way before the august date.  I won\'t shave my chest until day 100, and that\'ll be the day I decide if I need p90x in my life or if I can get those kinds of results on my own... I probably won\'t, but I don\'t have the cash for anything besides groceries and rent right now.  Weight first thing the next morning: 192.5 lbs'
