'Military Fitness Exercises Using Bodyweight Training PT-1 Beginner'

'I show you military fitness exercises using bodyweight training for the beginner that wants to train for the military fitness test at home without equipment.  This is the very first phase for beginners and I am only showing the exercises here. The workout video follow along will be posted shortly and the link added for you to work out with.  The exercises are: Jump squats, situps, pushups, chin-ups.  These are also great calisthenics exercises for those that want to get combat ready or simply be fit for a job like paramedic, firefighter, police and outdoorsman and hunters.  If you are a past member of the military (I am former 2 PPCLI Canadian Army) say hi. Always fun to see what other grunts are doing after they serve their military contracts.  Raymond Burton'
