'If you are looking to strengthen your upper body, without spending hours in the gym, try this arm workout that I have designed for you! It doesn’t matter whether you want to workout at home or at the gym, you can get this arm workout DONE. All you will need for this arm workout is a pair of dumbbells, but if you don’t have any, that’s ok too! You can replace dumbbells with something heavy like milk cartons or buckets filled with water or sand, or heavy books. Try to complete this arm workout every few weeks and see if you can increase the weight of the dumbbells (or dumbbell replacements) that you use. You might be amazed at how strong your upper body becomes each time you do an arm workout!
