'Various exercises you can use in a boot camp, cardio or sports conditioning / training class. Dumbbell swings with jack legs, mountain climbers with shoulder taps, and side shuffle with jump tuck.   Sample layouts: - You can have the members perform for 10 reps each...10 swings, 5 should taps on each side and side shuffle with jump tuck 5 times on each side - You can time this out....2 minutes straight with so many reps - You can have to do a ladder effect. You can have them start with 2 reps each and add 2 reps after that time till they get to 10 reps. (5 rounds total) this can be done this way or they have to finish in a certain period of time for example 4 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.   These are some exercises I have my members perform in my class(es).  The exercises are for all fitness levels and can be modified; and can be done by time, reps, etc.  Weekly group fitness classes in North Jersey and NYC Master classes, workshops, small group training, private lessons are also available Contact for more info.....
