This was the last time i followed the program Franco Columbu used to train Sylvester Stallone in the 80's.  00:43 - skip to intro 00:58 - Dumbbell Scullcrusher + Preacher Curls (4 sets) 01:41 - incline bench Scullcrusher + Bicep Curl (4 sets) 03:13 - Tricep Pushdowns + standing Bicep Curls (4 sets) 04:23 - Someday i'll try all the machines...this is why! 06:06 - Saying goodbye to this workout program!
