Workouts BURN FAT to STAY in SHAPE and to have fun. I do this to live a happier and successful life, it is very important to be physically strong and healthy. I do believe happy life is a healthy physically strong. These exercises are very tiring but once you have done them for a while very easy and you will love it!  If you're weak you won't last long. By now you should be quite strong though to start slowly. Rest if you need and start again. This will build you more muscle and energy and be a strong one.
