You will be following an ascending ladder format where you will do1 rep of each exercise. After co,pleting 1 rep of the fifth exercise you go back to the 1st exericse and do two reps of each exercise. You keep increasing the reps by one until youve completed 10 reps of each exercise or 15 minutes is up.  Trying to complete it in 15 minutes means that you will have to keep your break times to a minimum but always be conservative and avoid pushing beyond the point of pain.   Ascending Ladder (1 rep, 2 reps, 3 reps... 6reps, 7, 8, 9, 10) (15 mins) 1) 3 Pulse jump Squat 2) Inchworm Walkout 3) Frog Squats 4) Low plank hip raises 5) Walk in/Walk Out Burpees  Disclaimer: If you are new to exercise or planning on embarking on a new fitness programme, you should consult your physician.
