But today I have got something different for you - a leg workout that is specialised for athletes. Instead of focusing purely on explosive movements without any control, we are going to be engaging all leg muscle groups while improving the areas that enhance match day performances.  ➡️ Today’s workout will focus on total leg muscle movement control while incorporating balance, power, endurance, mobility and joint stabilisation.
