Pre- Instant Oatmeal from TJ\'s 1/2 water (microwave for 45 seconds) Splash of Almond Milk 0 cal sweetener  Cinnamon  Banana Pumpkin Seeds almond slices (add some eggs for more protein)  Post- Flatbread BBQ Sauce Mozzarella Cheese PepperJack Cheese Poblano Pepper Red Onion Red Wine Vinegar Pineapple  Shrimp Cilantro
